UI - Search domain by attributes

Today Athenz UI only allows searching for the domain by its name.

Enhance the current search functionality to support search by - aws account, azure subscription id, product id, tag key, tag value, business service.

Existing ZMS API supports look up domain by different parameters - https://github.com/AthenZ/athenz/blob/master/core/zms/src/main/rdl/Domain.rdli#L34

e.g. https://:4443/zms/v1/domain?azure=mysubscription
