Allows ignore erroneous data cells

I think that when encountering csv data lines that are not in the correct format, you should ignore them and continue converting. It would be good if it became an option from convertCsvToXlsx

Hey @nvthong2303 👋 Please kindly define what do you mean by "erroneous data". For each instance please also provide an example.

Example: Invalid X - Invalid X example input

with the text in my cell being: "0{"message":"failure to get a peer from the ring-balancer"}", I got an error that threw me out before completing the swap process.
