[EN] [ES] 10-3 figure edit and captions added

With reference to #493

1. There were two 'Fig. 5', each under Emulator and Controller sections.

2. Therefore, the one under Controller section has been changed to 'Fig. 6' and the text refering to this figure ('Refer to Figure 5' under Controller section) has been edited accordingly

3. As the figure under Detail Model Structure had a caption within the image (pytorch-Deep-Learning-master/docs/images/week10/10-3/fig14.png), the figure was edited to remove it as it would produce confusion

4. Figure mentioned in (3) has had its caption added - it is now Fig 7

5. Caption for the figure under Examples of Movement section has been added, which is Fig 8
