Make the interface easily more understandable

1. When you hover over one of those buttons, it should tell you the function of that button. Example: Hovering over the restart button would say: "Restart (R)"
2. The restart icon looks nothing like a restart button. It just looks like a circle. You should use a different icon.

Thanks for the suggestion, though I'm quite busy for the past few months and probably still will be in the next few months, so I don't have spare time to fix these stuff. Especially the button hover part, since I didn't use any UI framework and those buttons are just some rectangles in a for loop, some new code need to be written.
