add support multiple users by user store/database, instead of inbound config.

can't open stdout and stderr, but ingress nginx controller works fine.

国密需要双证书，文档中只有单证书的例子，双证书的secret格式是怎样的？还是直接把两个证书和密钥叠加到一个pem文件中？

这个cache是不是应该放在if的外面，不然有可能和历史的文章重复？
