Dockerizing the matchserver

First of all, Thank you @Asunaya for this amazing work,

Thanks to you, my old friends and I are able to easily start a server and play together bringing back memories from 18 years ago.

My wish is to make this even easier, I have seen some projects on games like Ragnarok, Silkroad, Gunbound, grand chase, etc, using docker to automate part or even totally the process of building, server configuration, and setup.

Being able to easily do changes, and apply them with simple commands without caring about dependencies installation in a dedicated environment might be a game-changer for the mod community of Gunz

I wonder how feasible it is for Gunz.

This project isn't being supported for a long time, check out https://github.com/open-gunz/ogz-source, it's based on refined. You can also check out https://igunz.net for a server based on refined but with many improvments and no pay to win. I'm the maintainer of the first, and a dev on the second.
