Agent error?

This is not due to not running a match agent right? Or is it actually that I setup my server xml files incorrectly?

The client shouldn't be requesting agent relay in the first place if you built it normally, so I don't know why that would be happening. Could you give more details?

using the master branch, and using the build.bat file.

When I and a friend connected to the server, he and I were unable to play.

the exact problem I'm getting is "Failed to establish direct connection"

Oh, that's a normal message. It should just tunnel packets through the server at the point.

Is there no communication at all when this happens? Do you see the other player, or their chat messages? Does their ping update? Does it work the other way?

Are you, the other player, and the server all on 3 separate computers and networks, or?

edit: Oh, and does this happen with other players too?

Server hosted on my network on a separate computer

I'm on the same network on a different computer

Friend isn't local.

His ping shows as 0, I cannot see his messages as he also can't see mine.

Also I don't have any other testers right now to see if it's just me. I'll have to try that out tonight
