New archive format

zlib/DEFLATE has an ok compression ratio AFAIK, but isn't very fast.

I'd like the new one to support multiple compression formats. Supporting LZ4, zstd, and possibly LZMA for highest ratio, in addition to DEFLATE, seems like a good place to start.
