Seo and canonical not properly working for {Blog} section

I am posting blog from my other site to Astro website, but it's taking default canonical eg. https://resource-gallery.pages.dev/ set for overall website instead of the blog canonical eg. https://mranand.com/blogs/creating-personal-blog-with-hugo-and-netlify/ .

I generate the variable used in SEO in the layout so that works as intended, But I want to override the generated one for Blog section when I set a value in the markdown frontmatter? 3rd Image.

I took help from Ex https://stackblitz.com/edit/github-crsac1 . See BlogPost, MainLayout and preview "First post" which has the canonicalURL frontmatter defined.

I tried to solve but still getting errors
