💡 [REQUEST] - <Toggle Button>

| Concise Description | Add a toggle button feature to the project, along with a loader and hover effects to the navigation bar, making it more visually appealing. |
| Solution Proposed | For the toggle button feature, create a button that switches between two states (e.g., WHITE AND BLACK BACKGROUND ). Implement the necessary logic to handle the state change and perform the desired action based on the state. For the loader, design and implement a loading animation or indicator that appears when certain actions are being processed. For the hover effects on the navigation bar, add CSS styles to create visual feedback when the user hovers over the navigation items (e.g., changing background color, adding a shadow). |
