💡 [REQUEST] - blog section need UI improvement

Section	Description
Concise Description	I want to improve the UI of the Blog section
Solution Proposed	Want to give a flex layout to the blog section we can add a hover effect over the blog image when someone hover over their it shows the title of the blog and also wants to adds read more button for reading the entire blog
