Add a section about BUSCO to de novo assembly tutorial

Hi, Some great tutorials you've got there! May I suggest adding a section about BUSCO to the assembly-QA part of your de novo tutorial? I find it to be a very useful tool and think it should definitely be mentioned there. WDYT?

Hi there!

Thanks for the kind words and the suggestion!

That’s a great idea. I hear about BUSCO a lot, and know it’s a great resource, I just still have no experience with it myself. I’ve been waiting to respond after I spend some time looking at it, but just haven’t yet so figured I’d finally just ask you, ha

I see there are different marker-gene sets there for evaluating things, but what’s your typical way for using them? Do you download them and use them yourself with something else like HMMER and parse the results, or is there an upload there on the site where you submit assemblies and then get results? And/or is there a command-line tool/program available for it already?

Thanks again for bringing it up!
