Implement alternate connection sequence for Malyan M200 printers

Any ETA on this fix? I took a look through the code, but given that Python isn't my area of expertise, I wasn't able to figure out where to start. If you could point me to where the connection is taking place, I'd be happy to try my hand at implementing the fix.

While I really like OctoPrint, I was hoping to give AstroBox a try, but the Malyan connection bug is stopping me cold.
