Add Proxy support

Add the ability to enter proxy URL and port in the network settings.

How about multiple ports that it can be reached at, for example, cox internet blocks port 80 so, I would put it on 81 and have my dns automatically add 81 to the ip, but at home, I forget that it is on 81 and not on 80
