Neopixle support

can you add neopixles support? with it, you should be able to:

• [ ] hook up a strand of neopixles to any pin
• [ ] have it change colors based on printing status
  • [ ] Red flashing if there is an error
  • [ ] Solid red if out of filament (if supported by printer or #217)
  • [ ] White if successfully printing
  • [ ] Blue if it is warming up
