Login to wifi with username and password

Hi, I'm trying to connect the AstroBox installed on my Raspberry Pi to a wifi network that requires username and password input. I was wondering if you'd be able to help. Or provide suggestions or tips and to where I could start in the source code to get this function

I started a branch for this but it's not complete. The branch is secure_wifi. We use the dbus interface to the network manager and python.
