Add support for `org.asteroid.controls` and `org.asteroid.utils`

At the moment, if a watchface includes org.asteroid.controls or org.asteroid.utils, the watchface fails to render properly. Creating a dummy version to help with testing on non-watch platforms would simplify development and testing.
