[dory] tilt-to-wake doesn't work

Discovered during the effort to update Yocto from scarthgap to walnascar (https://github.com/AsteroidOS/asteroid/issues/298).

The tilt-to-wake event doesn't trigger a screen wake, instead the following errors are logged:

any progress on this? my dory watch also doesn't wake when tilted but that may be due to it being a temporary install
