Equalize size of psplash bootsplash logo size over all watches

Having ccumulated quite some watches, i recently updated a few of them and on most the bootsplash logo is not correct in size. Mostly too small. We had such issues solved in the past for individual watches. but its apparent the problem is not fully solved.

Observable in the bootsplash logo making a hard size bump before the new zoom in transition to homescreen starts.

From the UI standpoint, i would deem this 2.0 blocker since both are new 2.0 features and imho should be polished when released.

This issue aims to make a checked list of all watches status on the issue

Logo is too small

The "beluga" build (belugaxl hardware) also has a logo which is too small.
