[Feature Request] Allow manual setting of 1% brightness

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I might become blind from looking at my watch at night.

Describe the feature you'd like The current Display->Brightness setting only goes in steps of 10 with a minimum of 10. I simply can't set it lower. But the Automatic Brightness setting regularly can set it to 1%, i would like to be able to do that myself.
