[feature request] option to not send notifications (or send them silent) when phone is unlocked

When my phone is unlocked, I do not need to see notifications on my watch; I can see them on my phone as they come in. I would like an option where my watch doesn't alert me to notifications when the screen is unlocked.

Perhaps notifications can go the notification panel on the left, without sound or vibration, and without briefly popping up on screen; just silently accrue in the notifications.

Or perhaps when the screen is on, don't send notifications to the watch at all.
