🐛 Bug Report: Upgrade stat mismatch

Some upgrades have different stats in the app compared to in-game.

This has specifically been observed on Scan Harmoniser, Polyphonic Core and Resonance Amplifier.

👟 To Reproduce

1. Go to the Scan Harmoniser page
2. See +10% scan radius and 100% Echo Resonator
3. Check in game (or on the wiki)
4. See +11% scan radius and Echo Resonator Enabled

👍 Expected behavior

The app should reflect what is seen in game. This is might be difficult because the game files probably disagree with the in-game value again. sigh
