The feedback form is not localised and not available on the translation tool

👟 To Reproduce

1. Select language != English
2. Open sidebar
3. Click Feedback option
4. See everything in English

Have the text available for localisation in the translation tool

This is a bit of a problem 🤔. There are parts of the feedback system that definitely can be translated, but the actual questions are stored on the server, I am going to need to figure out a way to make use of the translation system in a different way. Instead of the apps loading the language files, the server will need to 🤔
