Scoresaber selected every time I start ModAssistant

Hi Team,

Every time I start ModAssistant, scoresaber is selected, even though it is not installed and I did not have it selected the last time I ran ModAssistant.

I have "save selected mods" and "Detect installed mods" selected in the options. Deselecting these doesn't seem to make any difference though.

I'm running version 1.1.26 of ModAssistant
