Added notifications to OneClick installation

This PR should add option to show only notification when OneClick installing. Also it fixes name of the notification in W10/W11 and adds icon to it.

About localisation: I wasnt sure where to put new keys, so I added them only to en.xaml.

I only tested this on BeatSaver maps.
