UI rendering abnormal

This is a user I met in the community today. When he uses ModAssistant, the interface components that he mouses over cannot be displayed normally.

Without accurate steps to reproduce this issue it is unlikely we will be able to fix, as we cannot determine the root cause.

It seems to be that in some system environments, the problem is encountered every time it is used. Is there anything to check?

Today I met another user, and his two devices have this situation. I found that so far, the three devices that have this problem are all AMD CPU, 5950x, 5800x and 3700x. Among them, 3700x was resolved after reinstalling windows in an unofficial way.

I'm having the same issue on my PC. I've had a similar issue before on another programs UI when it was running using hardware acceleration on windows 10. The issue is present on all of the menus within mod assistant, whenever I hover over an option there are graphical errors (as shown in the original post's image) and/or the text in buttons disappears.

In case it's of any use, I have a 10700k and a 3070 running on English (US) windows 10. If there's any other information that may be useful, let me know and I'll see what else I can tell you.

Edit: The issue is not present on my laptop running the same windows 10 version using an i7 8800HQ (or some similar 8th gen i7 laptop cpu) and a 1060

Same issue here, W10Pro, GeForce RTX 3090. Os with IT language pack.

In my case it was an issue caused by a dell software, after uninstalling it I no longer encounter this issue in any application. Seems there is a workaround for it https://github.com/dotnet/wpf/issues/5708
