Random times between successive account downloads

Similar to #88, I suggest that there be an option to not have an exact specific time between each account that Raider downloads, like 100 seconds, but that it can take a random number in some range. So instead of 1 account downloading every 100 seconds it downloads one after maybe 60 seconds, and the next one in 150 seconds etc.
