[BUG] Unable to fetch highlights breaks update all

If any profile gets the error unable to fetch highlights while updating all nothing for that profile will be downloaded. I think it would be best if it skipped the highlights and downloaded everything else in that case. Also I think there should be more info given for what failed when doing an update all. ie a list of failed accounts and their reasons and maybe how many posts failed for a given account like when just downloading a single account.
