crash when scanning Japanese Saturn Trurip disc images

scanning only USA discs works without issue. I added my japanese collection and the Program causes an exception error to occur after scanning a few of those titles.. I am using relative paths.

grabbed latest build - tried again - same result. found to happen when a folder had a ~ in the name. changed all instances to a - reran. still crached. made sure all cue files etc were edited to have the ~ changed to the - reren, still crashed. removed game from library, reran - works.

game I used to validate above is trurip image of 3x3 Eyes Kyuusei Koushu S (JP)

Issue also occurs when scanning a PS1 directory which is a mapped drive. Is this project dead?
