Yeah this is my main issue with this addon. Tab trees aren't very useful without the ability to collapse them.
The "Popup" option opens a new window, it is possible your configuration blocks them by default.
@markusfisch But it would be nice to have a way to package shaders+resources for easy saving/loading from/into Shader Editor.
