Works on MSI Raider GE68 HX 13v

Using the following commands

sudo msi-perkeyrgb --id 1038:114b -m GE63 -s 000000 sudo msi-perkeyrgb --id 1038:113a -m GE63 -s 000000

shuts down the rgb bar (except the two extremes,they still are on) and the backlight keyboard except the power button (which doesn't work on linux to begin with)

Another thing this is a photo of where the msi-perkeyrgb can apply in this laptop (the red sector indicates the affected areas to the msi-perkeyrgb commands)

The only one other thing that the command cant modify is the power button and the MSI logo from the back of the screen
