cant really run the requirements command in bat file

when i run bat file it cant find timezone or json. also when i remove them and run it again it keeps on closing

Just found out why this is happening because this version is not compatible with windows 11. When I ran it on my windows 10 it worked perfectly fine

The thing is i had to update the tool. due to my college exam and work im not able to work on this project Surely would fix everything in the summer vacation
