It seems you left out a Build target in your vimspeak.fsproj file. That's what xbuild is choking on.
Change grammar to allow "and" between phrases or maybe simple concatenation if not ambiguous. Such as, "delete line and three down and put". Rather than "delete line" (pause) "three down"...
Something like "vim stop listening"/"vim start listening".
