Incorrect unread count

2. Describe the bug

I do not have the same unread feeds in the app compare to Freshrss It seems like the app keeps some old data but I would like to stay in sync with the server

In the latest version 0.15.2, this issue persists.

The number of unread items in the ReadYou app exceeds the count on the Miniflux server.

No such issues occur when using the Google Reader API in Capyreader or Reeder Classic.
