3. Put URL 'https://www.phoronix.com/rss.php'

I'm having the same issue. The official feed link https://www.phoronix.com/rss.php gives the same error. This https://rsshub.app/phoronix gives me timeout.

At first the official used to work then it stopped and https://rsshub.app/phoronix used to work but now none works.
