Allow menu items to be protected auth.logged in

In the backend UI, there could be a checkbox, "only visible if logged in".

There also needs to be an option "only show if not logged in".

If i'm seeing this right... you have login for the backend... but none, for the frontend in asgard? if you show content on the web-side it's out for all?

You can still protect the frontend, by using the same authentication as per usual.
