bug: spell effects persist after player death
Describe the bug Npc has projectile skill which deals damage and applies dot spell after that. If Player dies to that damage example, dot will still apply on respawned player which will cause it to die/take damage again.
Version Encountered 0.7.0.120
Expected behavior It should not apply any new effects after player dies.
Operating System: Windows
I confirm this error, my base code is updated to 017 and there it happens.

it is not necessary, any spell that has an effect duration greater than a few seconds is enough, to reproduce the npc must cast a spell the moment you die
