The action fails with `no healthy upstream`

That's kind of it, it just started to fail with no healthy upstream out of a sudden and does not provide any more info. Any clues?

I've been seeing the same -- its either that, or the task just takes hours without ending until I manually cancel it Weve been using the action for a few months without issue before this, which started a day or two ago
