Not syncing folders using signal-cli as primary device

Expected behavior: Folders created on either Signal client are synced with other linked devices.

Shown behavior: When using signal-cli as primary device; Signal Desktop and Molly FOSS as secondary device, the folders set-up on either are not synced.

Versions in use:

signal-cli v0.13.22

Signal Desktop flatpak Version: 7.79.0 Commit: db09ad59bc2144a142475fed6a2822e65370b95af12525b11b86978807832b2a

Molly v7.63.3-1-FOSS versionCode 161101

Chat folders are not supported by signal-cli yet.

Alright. So when folders would be implemented, syncing between gui secondary devices would commence when running signal-cli receive?
