Spyglass Refactor/Fix/whatever

Spyglass should be reworked to be more user-friendly and easier.

This is more of an "ideas for reworking spyglass"-thread than an "issue".

• remove necessity to add fnc and fnc_meta to SpyGlass whitelist by automatically checking & ignoring _meta-suffix it in fn_variableCheck.sqf
