Unmodelable tag

I have a few items that I wear often, that I never want to be modeled. Heirloom things. I wear them in combination with other items, though! It makes modeling a real pain because I either can't model an outfit, or I can't put the items into an outfit and have to add and organize the order by hand. I would love a way to just add an 'unmodelable' tag to something so that it gets ignored when modeling outfits.
