Shops - Starting Over From Scratch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Clearing the slate so that one can no longer be inundated with designs, recipe list spam, etc. Much like spring cleaning, really, but ask Vincenzo. (I'm doing this for him.)

Describe the solution you'd like Removing all designs, recipes, and the like to start from a blank slate.

COmmand wise, I would say something like this:

+manageshop/renovate +manageshop/arson [Optional details of arson as a room_mood desc.] (with bonus +room_mood) "This command will remove all recipes .... please use again to confirm."

Describe alternatives you've considered Ask Vincenzo.
