Watch Notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Things can happen pretty fast on Arx, it's really easy to lose track of things you meant to do (if not things you are supposed to do). There are no organizational tools on the game, and while it is very easy to just make notes on a text file, that requires developing the habit of actually consulting one's day planner.

Describe the solution you'd like I think a '/note' switch for the watch command could go a long way towards helping people keep track of things. Consulting a text file/day planner is a developed habit, what I describe below is a lot simpler, server-side and would have the benefit of reminding you when appropriate.

watch/note (target)=(text) would add the target to your watch list as well as the added text, which would be displayed when they connect or when you look at 'watch'. It should probably have a character limit. If you already have them watched, it just adds or replaces the note. No text would clear the note.

Examples:

A player you are watching, Puffin, has connected. (Ask for Orazio scene to induct Salvadore into the Faith as a member of the Pantheon) A player you are watching, Puffin, has disconnected.
