Make the titlebar black when you switch to dark theme (Windows 10)

Currently when you switch the app to dark theme the titlebar stays white unless your system is set to dark mode. It would be better if the titlebar switched as well so it doesn't look so out of place.

I don't think that's possible on Windows, is it?

@Aloso It should be. MPC-HC does it; the system doesn't need to be set to dark mode in order for the app to be dark.
