Support "permanent delete" with e.g. Ctrl Del

It would be nice if emulsion could permanently delete files with a key combination, in addition to moving it to trash with Del

P.S. I could write a PR possibly, once we merge the other PR to make sure I'm not piling up too many git conflicts

There could be a binding for permanently deleting an image but this binding should not be assigned by default.

@ArturKovacs oh sorry, I actually got uninvolved in this for the moment. I've switched back to ristretto for the moment because it supports some features that I need (e.g. Alt Enter to see image properties), and a lot of things are happening in life. I'll "unassign" myself for now
