For this issue, I can only say: I cannot guarantee that the crack file from the source you mentioned is completely safe, but I also cannot rule out the possibility that your antivirus software is giving a false positive :)

I get stuff off ryuugames pretty frequently I doubt that the file contains any actual Trojans, as is the case with just about every crack I've used it's likely a false positive due to the nature of how cracks work. I have yet to find one that windows defender doesn't quarantine when I run it the first time. Typically I have to add the game folder to the exception list otherwise it will just keep quarantineing it when ever you go to start the program/game again.
