i cant get to use the textractor x64

today i decided to start reading visual novel using the textractor translator to help me in my studies i opened the textractor and the vn im reading and attached the game to the textractor everything was cool and the game launched and i started it when i started and the vn started the dialogue there was no text shown in the textractor program i tried almost everything closed the game launch it byitself launch from the textractor nothing was the solution i hope you guys help me fixing this problem thanks for your time. https://prnt.sc/3_7hysxPngGc name of the game FindLoveorDieTryingByAudenChoWong
