PyMuPDF>1.26.4 is not working, docx is O bytes.

Description of the bug

If I upgrade PyMuPDF to the 1.26.5 instead of 1.26.4 then the conversion PDF to DOCX is not working, I get a file with 0 bytes.

These are some technical details (stderr of the subprocess) : [INFO] [1/4] Opening document... [INFO] [2/4] Analyzing document... [ERROR] 'Rect' object has no attribute 'get_area'

How to reproduce the bug

Upgrade to PyMuPDF from 1.26.4 to 1.26.5 Convert a PDF to DOCX
