Access to a config server with user+pwd (Basic auth)

How can access to a config server given an user & pwd? I see other frameworks (e.g. Spring) that can do it.

@ced1967 it seems that this repo is abandoned, I forked it and you probably can use the fork. I'm going to support it for a while because my company uses it.
