Fix the project with numpy>=1.24

Since numpy 1.24, the usage of np.float and np.int is depreced and raised an error. It must be replace with builtin float and int. Could this be fixed? Thank you

there are not many file to change, I did fixed it myself, just by removing the np.

We use this package in my organization, having to use a package without having a dependency (i.e. Numpy) upper bounded to a version (i.e. <=1.24) seems like an honest request to me.
